Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and on receipt of order value from the customer. Cancellation of such orders are subject to the following terms:

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order and sending payment to the company. 

A ₹1,000 processing fee will be deducted from the payment received. 

The balance amount if any be refunded to the customer as per the original mode of payment to the same bank account. 

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation after the product has been shipped:

Cancellation once the ordered product has been shipped by company - ⁠

₹2,000 cancellation charges towards logistics,  handling fee etc will be deducted from the total amount received by the company.

The refund will be processed and sent only after the returned product of the company is received in unused condition and original packaging.

Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure every product is accurately packed and thoroughly checked before dispatch. Therefore, refunds are only applicable in the following case:

If the customer receives any product which is not ordered. 

In such a case:

For refund as above, the customer must inform company customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product by providing clear photos and order details and reasons for return and refund. 

The product must be returned in unused condition, in its original packaging, and shipped back to the Company Factory address already provided by our team.

Upon inspection and confirmation by the company that the returned item is unused, undamaged and properly used a refund will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the original transaction by customer. 

No refund will be processed if the product shows signs of wrong installation, improper use, or damage caused by the customer.

3. Important Notes

Refunds, wherever applicable, may take 7–10 working days to reflect in the customer’s account after the returned item is received and verified.

Company is not responsible for any delays caused by bank related processing delays.

Company reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
